Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges
We apologize that we cannot accept returns, refund requests, or exchanges as all sales are final. If you purchase a shipping with tracking number, please refer to the courier website to locate your package if it has been more than 14 days since your item was shipped. For order without tracking, we are not held liable for lost packages, however, we can consider your situation on a case by case basis. Cancellations
All sales are final, but we can cancel your order as long as your item have not been shipped yet. Please contact us through email at himestreasurebox@gmail.com as soon as possible to start the cancellation process. Once your order ships, I cannot cancel any orders, nor take an refunds or exchanges on the order.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately with pictures if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
