Shipping policy

Hime's Treasure Box is committed on processing your orders as soon as possible. Our order processing schedule varies between 1 to 3 days and we ship your item as soon as it's packed and ready to go.

Items with free shipping will be shipped using USPS First Class Letter Mail and does not come with tracking. If you agree with this free shipping option, I will not be responsible for lost or delayed packages and will not be able to refund your order under any circumstances.

There is an option to upgrade your shipping that will include the tracking. If you must track your package for your peace of mind, or need to have a faster delivery time, please purchase the option that best fit your needs. All tracking will be done with the carrier - I have no control over the post office after your package is shipped.

Your shipping information will be used to mail your order. If your package was returned to us due to buyer's incorrect information during checkout, we can offer to reship the item to you once free of charge. If the package is returned to us for the second time, you can choose to pay for the re-shipping fee, or cancel the order for a refund minus the original shipping fee and 10% of the total order cost as restocking fee.
